As I sat quietly in waiting room unseen by the staff behind the counter I listened as they all (doctors, nurses and reception) proceeded to unashamedly made fun of patients and their families concerned about the wellness of a loved one. Heard the doctor walk out of seeing my terminally ill family member and continue to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Never in my life have I seen an establishment so indifferent to their patient. Never come to this place. It's worth a drive to wherever has pulmonary care outside of this county. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
