After my wife visited 3 different gynecologists and none was forthright and thorough, one of her friends recommended Doctor Karen Toppi and from our first visit we new that finally we found someone that was a listener, empathetic, humane and personal. 
Thank you Doctor Toppi, the surgeon that you recommended  was also magnificent.

I have been seeing Dr. Toppi since I moved to Palm Coast in 2006.  I have never had a problem getting my calls returned, I've never had a problem getting an appointment and have never experienced rude office staff.  She is very professional and gives you ample time to talk with her.  She cares about her patients and is very easy to talk to.  I highly recommend her.

I found Dr. Toppi to be very professional and helpful.  Her staff was kind and compassionate, and so was the doctor.  I am a complicated patient, at best, and they listened carefully and gave excellent care & follow-up care.

Dr. Toppi is THE BEST!  She cares.  She spends time with you and listens.  I have and will continue to recommend her highly.
