I have been seeing Dr.Cisneros for almost three years and he has always been very polite, attentive, understanding and caring. Im a 46 year old who has high blood pressure and high cholesterol but he helps me keep it under control with medication and regular blood test. He will listen to my concerns and talk to me about them. Never in a hurry to move on to other patients and really expresses concern about my health. Great Dr. who I recently recommended for my son who has already scheduled an appointment.

He is rude and disrespectful. He definitely has no clue when it comes to an elderly patient with Dementia. My seventy-three year old mother-in-law did ask for pain pills, which we all know is a no-no in Florida, but she is new here, and didn't know she would get treated like a cold, hard criminal. Then, she is deaf and I was explaining to her why he didn't want to "help" us with her feet swelling ("That's a cardiology problem") or her Citalopram ("She needs to see a psychiatrist for that") when he rudely interrupted and told me I could explain that to her out there. (Pointing at the waiting room) I would not recommend this doctor for my enemies dog. My husband is very angry, I prayed for the Doctor. I hope he learns to treat patients better. The Doctor I work for at least takes time to explain to the patient what is needed, not just get nasty and make rude comments. He is very unprofessional. After we got home and Mom went to lay down I called them again and told the receptionist he could at least be nice. God bless them people and the patients. Very nice receptionist though, she was so helpful and courteous.

I am 54 years old and this "doctor" is the absolute worst person I have encountered in the medical profession. I hadn't been to the doctor in a over a year and my wife suggested I go see one because of my age. The doctor I had visited last year had so many patients that it meant a very long wait in his office. I take care of my 89 year old mother with advanced dementia and I can't be out of the house for too long. So I looked at our insurance website and this "doctor" was in our network. I saw him a few weeks ago, for no more than 10 minutes. He sent me for several blood and urine tests and also suggested I get a colonoscopy. A few days later his office called me and said my cholesterol was extremely high, and he prescribed a medication. The following week I received a bill from him in the mail. I called his office and asked why our insurance company had not paid the bill and they informed me the visit was coded as an "office visit" rather than a "wellness visit". Office visits go towards our deductible whereas the first wellness visit gets covered by the insurance company. They said the "doctor" codes the visits himself and I should talk to him on my follow up visit. I went to see him this morning and the assistant at the front-desk asked me for payment. I immediately pulled out my check-book and wrote a check for the full amount. I then politely asked her the difference between an "office visit" and a "wellness visit". She began to politely explain when the doctor stormed out of his office and said he didn't want to see me. Even the assistant looked shocked. I told him I was not disputing his bill and had a check to pay for the last visit, I was merely asking for guidance because I am not an expert in the field. He said that didn't matter and he wouldn't treat me. I said "Doctor, I am your patient, you prescribed a new medication for me on the phone, and you suggested a colonoscopy in a few days. I need treatment from you". He said he didn't want to treat me and asked me to leave. I was so shocked I couldn't even respond. After I returned home, I called the nice assistant who was helping me and asked her what happened. She said I had been very polite to her and she just didn't know what had happened. My conclusion is that this "doctor" is either ripping of patients and the insurance companies and was just spooked by an inquiring patient, or he is a nutcase and ticking time-bomb. Either way, he is no good, in my opinion. Stay away!

Short wait time in the office, friendly staff and good doctor. He asked a lot of questions about my history, my lifestyle ect so he could make good decisions about my health. Very confident in having Dr Cisneros as my doctor.

I have to agree with Ambroz and Rebecca. Stay away from this doctor if you value your health and your loved ones health. He is a terrible person to say the least, quick tempered, and dismissive. My mother recently moved to Florida from NJ and we made the mistake of selecting this "doctor" as her primary care giver, big mistake. She was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder over 25 years ago and has been taking Xanax/Alprazolam for it for over 20 years without a problem. As soon as she sees this person he wants to take her off of it. I say no, so he suggests reducing her dose from 0.5 mg to 0.25. I agreed to try it and she had a very adverse reaction. Hallucinations, irrational thoughts, etc., etc. We bumped her back up to the 0.5 mg and all was back to normal. Now on the last visit he again says he wants her off of it completely and refuses to prescribe it. When we dared question him on it he tells us to find another doctor as he will no longer treat her and had the nerve to say WE don't care about her health. When he said he would not refill another one of her scripts we ask why and he says "I don't have to give you an explanation". REALLY???? He also told us to take her to a psychiatrist but a general doctor can diagnose anxiety disorders, you don't need a psychiatrist for that. I can go on and on but bottom line, STAY AWAY from this man (I don't want to call him a doctor for fear of insulting good doctors).
