First Impressions came out to inspect some wind damage to our roof. They were able to explain why they thought a full replacement was necessary and was able to persuade the insurance company as well. Once the insurance agreed they were able to quickly get the work done which was fantastic since there was 40 MPH winds 2 weeks later which would have damaged the original roof even further.

I was very impressed with the work that was done. Chad was very professional and explained everything in detail to what was happening. Chad also went out of his way to talk with my Insurance and explain to them about my hail damage. If your looking for a contractor to do your roof I would recommend them highly. Teds crew was one of the best that I have witnesses!!

Ted and Chad are true professionals! they answered all my calls and questions and followed up on issues as they came up. The work was completed in a timely manner and was very high quality. I would highly recommend them to family and friends in need of exterior house work.

We love these guys! Not only did they do an awesome job, but they helped us deal with our insurance company and went WAY above and beyond what they were there for. We went through these guys for a roof and ended up getting an awesome metal roof and siding! Everyone comments on our house and we just love it. We are first timers at home ownership and had (and still have) no idea how to go about big projects like this. They explained everything so well and always made sure we knew what was going on.

These guys are amazing! We needed a roof inspection for a customer to be able to close their mortgage loan. I worked with Chad and they provided us exactly what was required. They answer their phones, are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
