Amazing customer service, I was always able to contact someone with my questions and get an answer right away.  The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up better than it was before they were there!

I asked one of their contractors to perform a FREE hail damage estimates on June 27th, the technician was not able to perform the complete damages inspections as the roof was slippery. Next day, he sent me the link for E-sign, I reviewed the contract, their warranty cannot be transferred, so I didn't sign it. Today, I called him to revise the contract, he told me that I already signed it and the contract is complete. I was  pissed, as I noticed that the signature on the contract is NOT mine, someone signed my signature on their contract for me!!! 

If they want my business, need to be honest, "Sign documents for others" without permission is as same as FRAUD/CRIME.

They scared me away, I don't want to do business with them. I asked him to cancel the contract he signed for me, let's see, if they don't cancel the contract, I'm forced to take legal action as it's NOT my signature.

Beautiful job! Excellent experience from start to finish working with Keyprime. William was prompt, responsive, explained everything that would be done, was patient with my questions, and the crew did a shockingly good job at cleaning up! Crew even kept everything tidy overnight before day 2, so I didn't worry about my dogs stepping on nails. William was great with checking everything over when it was done. Crew was very pleasant and on time. Neighbors keep telling me how beautiful the roof looks! William was by far the most professional of all 4 estimates I got.

I highly recommend KeyPrime and William. Can't say enough about how professional and customer-centric they are. I had my roof redone last fall and not only was Keyprime (specifically William) the most professional and had the best communication skills of the 4 companies I had give bids, when an unfortunate misunderstanding with one of their sub-contractors arose William stepped in and resolved it to my expectations and beyond.
Now 6 months later as I see my new roof in the spring and admire the quality of that job, I also admire the professionalism shown by William. Thanks Keyprime, thank you William!
