I recently switched insurance and found First Independent Descamps to have great rates as well as outstanding customer service. My agent, Kim Wheelihan, gave me a quote and asked me several questions to be sure I was covered correctly should anything happen. I switched both my home and auto insurance and I am very pleased with the rates I received but even more so with the customer service. I highly recommend you at least get a quote to see if they can save you some money. Kim is fantastic and will work with you to get the coverage and price you need. 5 stars!

I have been doing business with Descamps insurance since 2003. They have a great team and will help you find what you need to meet the requirements needed for a Commercial policy. They have always helped me with Certification or adjusting my policy as needed. If you are a business looking for commercial insurance, or looking for personal insurance give them a call.

Office staff is rude. They want 3-4 days to run a simple quote for you. Had my homeowners insurance double at rate renewal time with not a single claim made and no changes to the policy what-so-ever.

They ended up firing my agent, Carlo, who was great and now I have to deal with some other lady who is not helpful in the absolute least. Cancelled my policy and went with Memic!
