First Landing Auto Sales is owned and operated by the same family that owns First Landing Autocare, five time Best of Hampton Roads winners. We specialize in hybrid vehicles, but we sell all types of cars and trucks and we can find you the vehicle you are looking for. Over the years we have built a reputation for fairness and standing behind the cars we service and sell. Not sure about hybrids and how they work? Come on in and we will be happy to explain the technology, the hardware and the benefits which are numerous. Ignore the posted hours and call anytime 8am to 9pm seven days a week.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius here less than a month ago. The first time I attempted to put gas in it, the gas gauge would not register. So I called Steve, one of the owners and who I bought the car from and he said bring it in and they'd give me a different car to use while they work on it. So, I do that and pick up my car a few days later and they said the problem was fixed, that the gas gauge had to be recalibrated. A week or two later, here I am AGAIN having the same issue this morning! It's been doing this ever since I got the car. I called Steve this morning and he got EXTREMELY angry with me as I expressed my concern about the car to him. I said I feel like I purchased a bad car. I'm a single, young, busy mother who cannot keep bringing this car back to you constantly because it's steady having issues. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of! I said when I bought the car from you, you told me nothing at all was wrong with it. And he asks, "well what do you want me to do about it?" Umm HELLO I need the car to be fixed, I don't have time to keep bringing it back to them every time I try to put gas in my car! And he proceeds to tell me the car was sold as is and there's nothing he can do about it. Very very poor customer service. I know the cars are sold as is but it is really messed up they would sell a bad car then act like it's my fault it's not working properly. If the shoe was on the other foot, would he want to keep bringing his car back to a dealer every time he had an issue? NO! Very inconvenient. Therefore I'm going to voice my opinion on this place as far as I can and let it be known that this place is a JOKE. People, PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM A USED CAR DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY SELL YOU A BAD CAR! They just want their money.

I cant say enough good things about First Landing Auto. I got a 2010 Prius from them and it has been the best decision I have made with car buying. They care about the buyer over profit, they work with you and help you find the right car for you. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a car come here

I am a single woman and it's important for me to be able to trust the people caring for my car.  This family owned and operated business gives me peace of mind and I know that I'm being treated fairly.  I would never go anywhere else for service or to purchase another vehicle.

I have greatly enjoyed my purchase here at First Landing Auto. I went from a Mercedes Benz to a Toyota Prius and have experience this vehicle I can say they have a customer for LIFE!!!!!
