My Wife and I came here just to look because we thought we wouldn't be able to buy a new car. So myself and my wife just purchased a vehicle here, we had the pleasure of dealing with David Lee. What can I say except he had nothing but exceptional service to offer us from the minute we walked into the establishment. We never once felt pressured to do anything and he was more than accommodating to my strange schedule due to the military lifestyle and the prices were upfront and honest. Thanks Dave for making this a pleasurable experience and helping my wife get into her dream car

Carl- he was my sales guy and he was so friendly! He made the process very easy and I felt extremely comfortable with him. Very good at what he does. He was always smiling which made it very inviting to be able to talk to him.  I dont know of a better salesmen with the knowledge and expertise he posses. Even though he had a plethora of customers at the time, he made me feel like I was his only one.

I have been incredibly impressed with the checkered flag family in general but Jessica at Checkered Flag Toyota was especially easy to work with & helpful. She worked hard to answer mine & my boyfriend's questions and was always willing to double check with her manager if she didn't know the answer. Also learned that the sales specialist at one Checkered Flag dealership can work with you at any of the other Checkered flag dealerships. So if you meet a dealer you like working with & are interested in several brands you can continue to work with the same person!

Me and my wife Amber were both greeted by a salesman by the name of Alex Suarez. Definitely the best car buying experience we’ve had in the Virginia area. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable from the start and assisted us through the full experience. Thanks would highly recommend to friends and family!!!
