Pretty horrible experience here, about a month ago I inquired on a vehicle in which one of the salesman Lou contacted me and seemed professional at first, I asked for an estimate within a few thousand dollars what they would POSSIBLY appraise my trade for I explained I understand estimates can change when it actually gets there but within $2,000 of what we’d finally get to I think was a pretty fair leeway for a extremely low mileage car with no damage but he persisted that I need to have it there in person which I live 8 hours away so that wasn’t much of an option, well he proceeded to say I didn’t know what I was talking about the vehicles or their value and then continued to talk about how much money he makes “$1,000,000 in the past 5 years and I have tax returns to prove it” I proceeded to say I don’t want to get in a measuring contest which he then replied with “you’d lose at that too” which he actually said “loose” so he’s illiterate as well as egotistic so that shows you what kind of people you’re dealing with here, should’ve read reviews first before contacting them. But if you want super big headed know it alls who brag about their tax returns to potential customers then definitely go straight to these guys because that’s the exact experience you’ll receive

This was the easiest car buying experience ever! Sean was super helpful and friendly from day one and very patient. He was able accommodate me by getting some to pick me up from Fort Bragg and drive me all the way to Virginia Beacy 3 1/2 hours away. I ended up getting exactly the car I wanted for zero down and drove myself back home.
