I usually don't do this but Joanna Pruss at First Security Bank Maumelle branch is the most racist lady I've ever met. I dread making deposits at that location. I guess she doesn't believe I should be making deposits in these amounts. I've never had issues with any other branch besides this one. After she REFUSED to deposit a check made out to my company, she wanted to make a copy of it for "proof". Proof of what?? This isn't my first issue with her but it'll definitely be my last. Client lost.

It's a great bank. Very kind tellers and answer any question you might have. I've been banking with this bank now for almost 5 yrs. Best bank I've ever been with.
