I needed two units for several months.  Initially there was some question that I might even need three.  Darbi was very friendly and easy to work with.  They have added some nice landscaping in front that helps keep the dust down.  I will use their facility if I ever need such services again.

The price is the same as other places but there is asphalt to drive on.  This makes loading and unloading easier.  Most storage units in Eastern Idaho use gravel.  Very easy to get in and out (right off of Hitt Rd) .  I used auto pay so I did not have to think about paying each month.  I had a 10X30 unit.  It was brand new and clean.

Not only are the managers at this establishment incompetent at running a professional business, their up keep of the premises is non-existent at best. In the summer time I'm sure it is not as bad because there isn't the snow and ice factor to deal with. That being said it took me the good part of three days just to get my car into a storage unit that; one, was the proper size, two, wasn't frozen shut, and three, didn't have 2 and 1/2 feet of snow in front of it. Another factor that was equally frustrating as it was potentially dangerous was the thick layer of pure ice on the roads in front of and around all of the storage units. If the snow had been properly plowed before repeated exposure to the melting sun and sub-zero temperatures at night then it would not be a problem; however, because of the irresponsibility and ignorance on the part of the staff my car repeatedly got stuck trying to maneuver into the various storage units. If not for my utter frustration at the whole situation I would have long ago fired them and gone to another business. I am stuck with them now, at least until Spring, but would highly advise anyone looking for a storage facility to completely avoid First Street Storage Center. They are a waste of time and patience. I will not be using them again and can not even begin to express my sheer frustration and anger. Please do not use this company!

We rented a storage unit from here for around 3 months.  The owner was extremely nice and very accommodating.  The prices were rather fair priced, after searching around for the best price.
