I am the Valet Manager at the Parkwest Hospital. I love this company for several reasons. We get to serve others. We have a wonderful management team that supports their employees. Our team at Parkwest Hospital loves to take care of our customers. Even though we park close to 500 cars a day we treat ever single customer with respect and compassion. Most people when they come to the hospital are very stressed. We make it our mission to make their day a little better. We believe in treating others as how we would like to be treated. If you ever have to come to Parkwest Hospital we welcome you to come park with us.

Visited Knoxville for the first time passing through on the way to Asheville. Stopped downtown for dinner and saw a lot with a sandwich board sign at the front which said something like $2 parking 7AM-7PM so we parked there assuming it was free after those hours (as most parking lots are after a certain time.) Came back after dinner and the car was booted and it cost $75 to remove it. I could understand a ticket for like $20 but $75 is absolutely outrageous. No desire to ever stop in Knoxville again. And to add on to it, the guy who came to remove the TWO boots we had on the car gave some scripted crap about there being signs in the parking lot saying it wasn't free ever--It was dark, we're from out of town and the entry sign was misleading as hell...give me a break!

Premier Parking is a terrible company to do business with. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They make multiple unauthorized charges to cards and there is no other way to pay for monthly parking, except on a card. They do not take responsibility for their actions. Working, business professionals do not have time in our day to interrupt work and deal with these unacceptable issues. Additionally, corporate is practically impossible to get on the phone with.
