My son was sick and we needed to run to Walgreens clinic. Had to spend 8 of my last 10 dollars to park here. Went in to Walgreens and they didn't have a clinic. I was parked in the lot for maybe 5 minutes. The machine had a refund button, but it was only for show, as it did nothing when it was pushed. I talked to the associate there and all she could say it's "we don't do refunds". "I was only here for 5 minutes" "we don't do refunds" "But I'll have to take him somewhere else and can't afford parking elsewhere because of the few minutes I was here!" "we don't do refunds" "But there's a button for refunds!" "we don't do refunds" She was incredibly rude and ive never seen such blatant disrespect from a business. The whole transaction left me angry and I'll do anything to avoid using their parking lots again.

Accidentally pulled in to this lot meaning to pull through to turn around but got stuck by other cars coming in. Ended up having to pay $10 just to get through. Cars were behind us honking. Spoke to the person in the guard shack who said there was absolutely nothing he could do to refund our money. Asked for supervisor's info and he said he is the supervisor.

When we pulled into our Parking spot there was a mustang playing extremely loud music with multiple cuss words and lewd, suggestive lyrics. I'm with my children. I approached the young man running the lot who explained they 'weren't bothering anyone'. The vehicle was parked directly adjacent to the man running the lot and he refused to say anything. Absolutely ridiculous.
