First Watch is a great concept for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They are very focused on fresh, quality, and healthy food that is trendy. The food is well presented and tastes very good. It seems to be very popular. On this Monday mid-morning, the place was more than a third full, which is excellent for the time of week and day. My wife had to try the Avocado Toast to see what all the fuss is about. She got very fresh avocado meshed up on good tasting toast, and eggs that was just soft enough without being totally runny. It was fresh and tasty. I had the steel cut oatmeal, which came with fresh strawberries, brown sugar, raisins that was more than enough for breakfast. The service was friendly and efficient and the price, while a bit high, was reasonable. This place will start to compete for my dining dollars with Panera.

What a shame. I love First Watch. The past three times I have been there over the past month have been bad all for different reasons. First, the kitchen was so slow other tables were leaving. Thank goodness our server was great as she did everything she could do to help us. Secondly, the silverware was dirty and then noticed the water glass was cracked. Small issues but still uncomfortable. Alas the third and last time, used the No Wait app since....I didn't want to wait, pretty logical. I get there and there is still a good 20-25 minute wait. What is the point of using the app? I don't get it. The food has always been great, the service at times is slow but they are always kind. For now I'll be taking my business elsewhere till I hear they have made a change for the good.

The restaurant was beautiful... I ordered cinnamon roll waffles.... It was delicious.... But it came out room temputure... When my server check on me i told her about my room temp food... She assured me that they are supposed to be cold.... *Eye roll* mhm

Loved the menu options. There is so much to choose from and I can't wait to go back and try everything. It's not cheap like diners in the area but worth the good ingredients and creativity that a brunch place usually lacks.
