My boyfriend and I go there frequently and it's either a hit or miss experience. Lately it's been high on the MISS side... the drive through workers have a horrible attitude and speak over us with a nasty tone, and a good majority of the items my S/O and I wanted were unavailable. Love the food, but the service is HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE!

Shape up your attitudes or get another job. Either way, don't take out your bad day on the customers.

(I work in customer service, so I KNOW it's not always peachy keen, but THAT IS YOUR JOB that YOU applies for. Fake a smile for 5 minutes and get on with your day.)

I really like Popeyes Chicken.  The prices are a little high but it is worth it.  I did not rate it a 5 because I have been there when they had some old dry chicken.  If that was my only time I ever went there I probably wouldn't have gone back.  Luckily I have had many great experiences to outweigh a bad time there.  The sides they offer are delicious and the biscuits are delicious.

Lady taking my order. One word 'ruuuuuude'. 
You would think I just dropped a house on her sister. Had to ask her to repeat herself a few times as she was unintelligible. I guess I need to brush up on ghetto-speak. Bathrooms were out of order. Half the items on the menu were unavailable. Still... Couldn't get past the rudeness

Went in the drive thru. Girl said there’s a 3 minute wait on fries which is fine. They had me pull up to the parking lot. Waited 15 minutes for my food. So I had to go in and get it. If I wanted to go in the store. I would have gone in the store. When I did get my food there was barely any fries.

I've had really good food and service. I've also had horrible service and food. So it's another hit or miss. When the chicken is given fresh and everything is hot, it's amazing.
