Whoever that was in charge of marketing the redesign of Wendy's. 
SHOULD GET FIRED !!!!
I DON'T LIKE IT.
First of all, its smaller than the old one. 
Only one soda machine , witch is stupid.  I had to wait 5 minutes to get my drink. Because the line was so long. They definitely dropped the BOMB on this idea. As far as the service, it's a 1 star rating. And the Wendy's I'm referring to are two locations. 
West 140th on Lorain, Cleveland, Ohio

Two years ago I wrote the below review. Since their renovation, they've really turned around. Great food lately and really fast service.

"This location used to be good. It's gone down hill over the years though. Went through the drive through and the food we got was cold, one very dry old chicken sandwich, and another wrong sandwich altogether which we found when we got home. Two stars because the workers are nice, but, the proof is in the pudding. Sad."

Very clean and nice store. The place was well staffed, and everyone was polite. The food was hot and fresh.

Best Wendy's I have ever been to, staff is extremely polite. The cashier Fred is awesome, he should work for corporate Wendy's teaching cashier's how to do business. I couldn't compliment him enough on his professional demeanor.
