This company is a SCAM! They are CRIMINALS! I recently used First Way Movers when I moved from California to Miami and I had a HORRIBLE experience. Our driver arrived hours after the time he scheduled with us. When we tried to reach him he would not answer our calls. Once he finally arrived he had no help besides himself to move our boxes into our home. He was unprofessional and unorganized. When we scheduled for a delivery date later in the week our boxes were unloaded with a lot of water damage to the boxes and the item numbers for inventory were not on all of this boxes. There were boxes that looked like they had been saturated in water and the tape was not intact. This made it extremely difficult to assess whether or not all of our items were delivered. The movers tracked mud and dirt all through out my home. They were in such a rush to leave that they left with out assembling all of our furniture which was in our contract. As I began to unpack boxes I realized that I was missing jewelry out of my locked jewelry box. Somewhere in transit with First Way Movers all of my rings were stolen including  a diamond family heirloom and a gold ring. There were also several items missing from our kitchen boxes. Some of the water damage boxes left my clothes damp and moldy. When we tried to reach out to First Way Movers via phone and email we got no response. Be cautious with this company! I would NEVER use them again. They have no professionalism, compassion and they do not care about their customers!

This is such a great moving company. I've used others in the past and have never had the excellent level of service as I did from First Way. Everything went well with this move. The price was fair, the movers were right on time, respectful and careful. I couldn't ask for more. I worked with Marion from the get go.

There were no problems with the movers. They were so professional I could tell these were career movers and not just some fly by night guys. All our things were treated as if they were their own.

I think this was the best move I've done, and as a traveling salesman, I move often. I'll be using them for sure in the future and highly advise you to use them too!!

A friend of mine had raved about First Way so I gave them a shot. Mike was very friendly and easy to deal with. He was very informative and was able to answer any questions we had. We received estimates from several places and this was the most professional and the cost was competitive with others. A few others were really low, but they did not take the time to answer our concerns. We decided to use First Way, based on their professionalism and recommendation and price.

These guys are unbelievable. These guys are not only fast but they are professional. They came and emptied my apartment and unloaded my furniture in my new place in the exact time frame I was quoted. They are nice and just super helpful. From start to finish, this company was fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks.
