Moving from Malibu and my calm laid back lifestyle to Austin, TX was quite a change in itself. I wasn't too prepared but Sara at Orange Van Lines did help a lot. In less than a week, we got a quote and scheduled the move. Ben came out with a few other guys and had everything taken care in just a few hours. He even called me when he got back to his warehouse to give me an update on its delivery. Overall I had no complaints with the first half of the move and I had a friend take care of the delivery and he said everything went smoothly. Hats off to everyone who had a part in making this move so great.

Truly a nightmare of a moving experience.  I moved from California to Dallas.  The company promised to deliver my stuff within 12 days.  It has been 20 days now and my stuff has not been delivered.  I have heard excuses from the truck broke down to the driver can't be reached.  I have called everyday and everyday I have been promised that someone will call me and no one ever calls back.  I finally received a call from the driver who I told this has been the worst experience and his response was, "well then go to hell, I am not going to deliver your stuff" and hung up the phone on me.  I only wish I would have seen the reviews prior to making my order.  I am in the process of filing a police report because they have taken my money and have my stuff and refuse to deliver it.  I never write reviews, I am only doing this to prevent anyone to go through what I have gone through the past 3 weeks.
