Very unhappy with this location. We had gone to 2 other locations before this one to try and open up a bank account. Francisco instantly turned us away saying he had 2 other customers waiting. When we asked who the manager was he said he was, now to us you would think the manager would be able to take the time to help open accounts when there was 2 other employees standing around doing nothing. I am also considering closing my current account. I would not reccomend going to this location pour management and lack of customrer service.

Great location staff very nice except today I came in and the gentleman was on the phone and there was a girl on one of the computers well she didn't even bother to greet me or let me know someone would be with me shortly, she just ignored me like I wasn't even there. Very very poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed in FirstBank overall; not sure whether it's their corporate policies or individual branch policies that have impacted my recent experiences at this particular bank. I've had to clear numerous hurdles repeatedly to get the same simple paperwork processed. FirstBank requests originals of the documents, says they've scanned them into their system for safekeeping and so I won't have to haul original documents into the bank every time I go. And yet, mysteriously, those documents are never in their system. Also, according to our attorneys, the bank doesn't even need those documents, anyway. But I guess they're wanting to protect themselves in whatever ways... I hope to close our accounts there ASAP, but what a hassle to do so. So be smarter than we have been - don't open an account with FirstBank; go somewhere else! (Several extended family members have already closed their FirstBank accounts; the happiest went to credit unions, but ALL have had much better customer service even at the big banks.) Too bad; I liked the idea of more local...

Staff is always friendly. Be aware that their hours are not like normal 1stbanks.
