This bank along with other banks are doing to people who want the american dream they have found a way by lieing about your payments steel your home through for closers so make sure you keep a copie of your payments in a secure place but not in your house this is true  l have seen it all in procress

Limit your interactions at this location to just making deposits or withdraws.  They lack the people skills beyond those two tasks.  I have never been to a bank where they look you straight in the eye and tell you there's  nothing they can do to help.  Not to mention the hundreds of dollars they have taken from me in "fees", yet when you dispute them,  they treat you as though you've stolen from THEM.  
This is just another institution that plays with people's money and possesses the rapport building skills of a collections agency.
