We just opened an account with Brenda Garcia who was extremely rude. We were greater by a very nice man who called her and instead of greeting us pulled out the chairs slightly and then walked over to another desk without even saying hello. When she did start "helping" us she was going through steps that were convenient to her and when we did ask questions she stopped everything and told us we needed to allow her to finish. When I said the answer to our question would determine if we were opening the account she stopped talking to me and only spoke to my fiancee. She continued to cut him off so I told her "you've asked that we not cut you off but you constantly cut us off" rather than an apology I got attitude. We will not be customers for long.

Tellers are great we are regulars there they all know me and my wife there when i dont have my walllet they still look us up and cash our checks without my id or bank card you guys rock keep up the great work

This branch (and bank too) just seems like it's surroundings. Old and run down. A relic from the past. It's an eye sore if you ask me. I can't wait till they tear out that WHOLE strip mall and take this bank with it.
