Good flavors, huge fresh selection.  But don’t get the $30 basket special.  Supposed to come with trout, clams, sausage, potatoes, broccolinni and soy butter.  But the portions are tiny.  Like 4 oz of fish and half a dozen of the smallest clams you can imagine (the clam meat ends up being smaller than a child’s nail) Better deal if you just ordered fish and clams separately.  Middle neck clams with bacon are huge and delicious.

The price doesn't bother me even though it is up there. I'm it's Sausalito so no surprise. The fish and chips was not bad, but the batter could use more flavor. The chips were good and the beer was really good.

Casual place specializing in the freshest fish dishes, cooked by a true chef.  They take no credit cards (there's an ATM inside) and you order at the counter.  The food is brought to your table.  Most tables are outside (there are lots of them), with a beautiful view of the Sausalito yacht harbor.  And if you're not a fish person, the burger is great!  Very expensive.

Great place.   Prices seemed reasonable for the area. Unique walk-up/cash-only place. Halibut fish & chips were great as well as the Peacemaker fried oyster sandwich.   Being from New England the Halibut was a different taste and texture for fish & chips than we're re used to but it was not a mistake to order it.   The beer was great as well as the atmosphere and the staff were friendly.  If we're ever here again we'll definitely come back.

Went on a non holiday Sunday, decently sunny but not even a particularly nice day yet the line was out the door past the patio gate. Was with a friend who choose the place so we got in line and (somewhat) patiently waited.  And waited, and waited about 35 minutes just to order. 

On top of that, the restrooms are around the back of the building, very small and horrifically maintained. (Was only ~3pm so not near closing)  In addition it is cash only so be prepared or use the ATM they have inside (3dollar fee).  

I am all for sustainable, local food but I don't thrill this place was worth the cost, wait and drive out past downtown Sausalito. 

They were out of halibut so the fish and chip we ordered used a lower quality fish (price was discounted to $21) they were crisp, 2 larger pieces and two smaller ones with a generous mound of chips (potatoes wedges) the fish was just way too saturated in oil, I tried dabbing a bit with a napkin but honestly it was just soaked through. The chips were less greasy, decently crisp on the outside but a bit mushy potato-y on the inside.
Must say, the tarter sauce was quite good though. 

Also ordered the tuna melt, crunch outside of sand which, generous amounts of fish, but far too mushy and sausy, with too many capers- almost lost the sense of actual albacore and tuna. 
Came with shoestring fries, a lot of them but rather than shoestring fries they were really the standard thickness. 

Decent at first when they were warm but they got cold fast and then became extraordinarily hard, not crispy but just stale/hard. 

I like the outdoor seating and general concept yet unfortunately the price was not worth the quality of food, and I felt a tad sick after, definitely needed a nap after only half the tuna melt and 1.5 pieces of the Fish chips due to the heavy amounts of grease.
