The Fit Forward philosophy is based on interval training consisting of high, medium and low intensity workouts repeated over short burst of time combining cardiovascular exercise with weights and resistance equipment throughout the facility.
Each session will be lead by a certified personal trainer and are designed to effectively maximize the results of each client with a full body 45 min workout. All training sessions are limited to 6 people to enable all instructors to give personal instruction to each client if needed.
Fit Forward training sessions are designed to motivate and challenge all levels of fitness from the novice to the expert while providing individual instruction to each client.
