I am not a gym person, actually I have always despised and avoid gyms, but Orange Theory is different.  It's fun, competitive and the coaches are awesome.  I've met some great people and worked out more in the last 3 months than I have in the last 5 years because of it.  Thanks Tony for pushing me and everyone for being a blast to hang with while getting our butts kicked.

The coaches are great. I like that they constantly encourage us to up the intensity just a little more each workout. I feel positively challenged to work harder, use a little more weight, row a little faster. Also, I like the E/S/P focus of the exercises and the variations at each workout.

I love OTF Sugar Hill! The trainers are all amazing and play great music to workout to! I highly recommend OTF!

I have attended classes at multiple OrangeTheory locations (benefit of membership), so was really excited when the Sugar Hill location opened so close to home! The coaches here are very motivating and the tempo of the classes is exactly what I need for early morning weekend workouts. Try out a class! You won’t be disappointed!
