This place was great! Very fun, one of the best cardio workouts I have ever had and the staff was very welcoming! Definitely will be coming back! I recommend this place for anyone who is considering trying out kickboxing.

Absolutely love this place! It's changed my life and my way of thinking about health and fitness. The workouts and the people are amazing! In working out here for the last 10 months, I've lost fat and gained muscle, confidence and friendships.

I Love KickBoxing ! It is an amazing workout where you get to sweat it out, lose pounds, build strength and have fun doing it. Kick and punch the bag all you want !! :) The instructors here at the Cumming facility are amazing. They inspire you, make you feel comfortable and push you to be better all at the same time. The Best Group of People to surround yourself with !

My husband and I have been going to I love kickboxing classes in Cumming GA for over 2 months now. We love all the instructors. They motivate us to do better, they focus on helping your individual needs and they make every class fun. Kickboxing is hard core but we feel amazing after every class.
