Scam-don't give them your CC! But great group classes. They want to charge a $20 fee for me to downgrade from Platinum b/c my Doctor told me to take it easy so I tried to lower my membership and they make it impossible and financially try to screw you. NOT COOL. They also make you sign all this paperwork to cancel and then still charge you. Shame b/c the gym is clean and classes are great.

terrible experience with customer service. the staff are just bodies getting paid. also their cancelations requires you to mail in a letter if you moved states? why so they can get an extra month out of you? i enjoy the equipment and the gym structurally/ interior is very nice. the people who work there however are not. Jessica was dope. update: almost 2 months after i mailed in my cancelation they still charged me.... not surprised. had to call in to cancel AGAIN they told me the same thing mail it in so i told them I did and they hung up on me. i called back and then went through the same song and dance until i spoke to a manager and he took care of it. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY

All this gym cares about is money. Not only is their training program a complete scam but the gyms billing is completely unfair. $10 a month for a basic membership isn't bad but they charge you for an extra month AFTER you cancel! Why? What if I budget very meticulously and I'd like to spend those $10 on something else next month? My husband is military and we're moving, there's something about a months notice for cancellation. How are we supposed to give a months notice? For you civilians who have never encountered anything military ever, they don't really care about giving you much notice. So we're about to cancel but we'll still get charged for one more month. TOTAL B.S! Very unfair to military families or just people who may not have $10 to give next month. Shame on you Fitness Evolution.

Good gym in Bellingham at a good price. Please read the disclaimer, yearly fee, and cancellation policy. Other than that you'll be good.

Account was set up under my friends credit card and someone else's name. They've been charging her for a year because she couldn't fly up here from California to cancel it and then said she'd have to close her debit card instead even after verifying the card was hers. Bookkeeper was super rude and unhelpful. Going to report them for assisting in identity theft. Update: After canceling the card they're still charging her bank account. She's going to have to close her bank account to get the charges to stop because Fitness Evolution still refuses to let her close the fraudulent account
