Products

Recreational gymnastics is fun and beneficial for children of all ages. Gymnastics will engage your child in games and activities that develop balance, coordination, strength, spatial awareness, flexibility, and confidence. Gymnastics is a fun and challenging total fitness program that can enhance your child’s athletic ability in other sports. Our recreational program is offered for both pre-school and school-aged students.

We are a fully sanctioned USAG club member and offer girls competitive levels 4 through 10. Our facility is equipped with a large variety equipment and tools with which to instruct even the most advanced skills, and our experienced instructors teach in a fun, supportive manner.
The NCGA team program provides gymnastics training and opportunities to compete on a local, state and national level, and to participate in exhibitions. We use the tools of Personal Best, Team Spirit and Family Support.


The North Coast Rockwall is a fun facility complete with a variety of climbing opportunities for both novice & experienced climbers. There are several overhang climbing walls, traversing routes, bouldering and top rope climbs, a chimney chute, and more! Come on in and check it out!
