The boot camps are excellent. That’s not to say they are fun, but no matter your fitness level you will get a workout. Fitness instructors are helpful and will give you variants on the exercises if you have physical issues. They also help you learn the right form. The 6 am class is very welcoming and encouraging.  Besides losing weight and building muscle I have also made a lot of friends.

This is the go-to gym if you are serious about losing unwanted pounds and getting into shape!   The boot camp-style workouts are awesome and varied.  For those of us who have busy schedules, you are offered several class times to choose from - from early morning to evening.  I have worked out with several different coaches and they all provide a great workout experience and truly care about you and your workout.   They are not only there to encourage you, but they ensure you have good form, so you get the most out of your workout.

Fitness US is wonderful!  I actually enjoy going to this gym.  The staff is friendly and the trainers are top notch.  Jersey and Kristie are phenomenal trainers, and Holly is a heck of a spin instructor.  I've seen huge improvements in my physical appearance and my ability.  Highly recommended!!!!

I love "Boot Camp Baby" the group atmosphere is extremely motivating. I have lost weight and inches and gained endurance. Blood pressure 121/78, good cholesterol up and bad down.

You won’t find a gym with more dedicated trainers, owner and gym mates. It’s a family here and you always have someone in your corner challenging you, holding you accountable and encouraging you! Best gym around!
