My family loves this gym! And I love that my whole family loves this gym. Coach Mike can teach everyone from the beginner child , to the beginner adult, to the amateur fighter.  He has women's classes which I love and he is happy to show how the sport can be used in see defense if necessary.  If you want a gym that feels like family and is serious about training without being intimidating this is the gym for you!

Instructor has a wealth of knowledge and an obvious passion for martial arts, and it shows in how he teaches. Very easy to work with. Recommend it to anyone.

I'm really lucky to have found this great school under instructor Michael Gioe. I dropped in to a gi class over Christmas break and had a blast learning from Michael and drilling and rolling with a fellow white belt who proved a challenging and respectful partner. I'd encourage anyone in the Okaloosa County area to come and learn here.
