A great workout facility with all the extras! Clean fluffy towels and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Amazing stream room and dry sauna. Warm replacing swimming pool as well. Right in the heart of Detroit.

Classes and trainers are good, lots of options and support to get fit. Bootcamp is the best and so is Eric!

Everybody need to start telling the truth on her they some good classes but the managers are the problem there attitude are bad I be hearing so many story about how they let some of there employees get away with stuff and the other got do more I seen some work by there self a lot with out help it’s all over the place.

Love it. I just joined and I'm really happy to see the place isn't over booked like so many fitness clubs can be. My choices were limited because I need a place midtown or downtown with a running track and a pool. Fitnessworks has both, though the pool is small and the water is really too warm to be ideal - but that is a minor quibble. I go during peak hours and so far no trouble getting a lane or being able to use any other equipment I want. The locker rooms and showers are very nice. Sauna and steam rooms clean and well-maintained. There is quite a clubby feel about the place. Many of the regulars have been coming for years and years.
