They were new & good even when they opened up a couple of years ago, but not any more... Besides their buns being soggy white (no wheat or rye) & their fries being never crispy, their basic selection and offering have remained the same, lacking health awareness, while the employees' awareness of hygiene has hit the bottom. Especially, the evening crew showed the epitome of the total lack of hygiene. They talked constantly in a loud voice over the food as they prepared it. It's just beyond me how any customer hasn't brought it up yet, or the manager hasn't noticed this. It wasn't even work-related (even if it were, they shouldn't speak over the food), but just a loud chit chat while they could possibly spew their saliva all over the food the customers ordered. I just lost my appetite right there and then. The management should do something about it immediately, or I will not eat there any more, and neither will most other costumers.

The staff is unruly. There were only 3 guest ordering/ eating and they were shouting out numbers repeatedly and in a very rude manner. The gentleman making the burgers was talking on his cellphone. The others were shouting their plans to go to Atlantic City over the weekend! And complaining that they didn't want to work the next day because they would be tired. I have never been to an establishment with such poor service etiquette. Wow!

This particular location was filthy. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap, I tried using the second bathroom, and the water from the faucet was not working at all. This leads me to believe that every time an employee uses the bathroom, they CANNOT and DO NOT wash their hands. Do not go to this location. I am a big fan of Five Guys, but this was just unacceptable and very unsanitary. This seems to be a trend in Fort Lee. The standards of cleanliness and courtesy have dropped tremendously.

Excellent burger as expected. Fries were very good but a little undercooked. Would recommend.
