This was my first time eating at any Olive Garden establishment & will be my last time. The hostesses was great, every server seemed to be on their “A game”, except my waiter Marcus. My aunt and I sat for 25 minutes before the hostess ( the girls that only seat tables ) came and took our order because our waiter Marcus was no where to be found. When Marcus finally showed up, he came with ONLY the bottle of wine, no wine glass or opener, prompting him to leave the table after having us wait about 25-30minutes. My aunt had to wait about 15 minutes for her soup ( that was an appetizer) and I never even got my appetizer at that time. By the time our appetizer came , we had already been there for an hour without our order being taken because Marcus was no where to be found, he never even walked by the section. I had to get up and request a manger and for our waiter be changed. Terrence, a very nice young man made our night so much better. He was swift and efficient. At one point, Marcus came back and asked if everything was okay & I asked him for more Alfredo sauce- Terrence our new waiter got the sauce BEFORE Marcus and we asked Marcus FIRST. We even over heard another family at another table complain about Marcus. Over all, if Marcus was never our waiter- I would have loved the experience and the food.

My man and I went to dine there, but was not seated. I gave my man's last name, Lopez. They said that there was a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes went by, we weren't seated. More time went by, we still weren't seated. I brought this to the woman behind the podium twice, and I was ignored. Eventually, my man insisted to leave, dispute the fact he enjoys the salad. MY MAN SERVED IN THE US ARMY, THUS HE DESERVES BETTER.

The WORST service I have gotten in a very long time. We were seated in a timely fashion, our server took our order right away the salad came out without the breadstick ,so we requested some , then we discovered we had no utensils so we requested some, then we opened up our napkins to find no utensils ,so we requested some. our drinks came with no straws so we requested some , the food was the wrong order then we got our food and I had a bone in a meatless plate . It was just a horrible night from beginning to end! I will not be returning.

First off let me say the waitress I had was amazing. Her name is Chantillis ( she has a princess Jasmine tattoo) and she was very funny , nice, kind and helpful . I hope the next time I go there she will be our waitress again. On the other hand the gentlemen at the bar ( I do not know his name ) kept licking his fingers every time he made a drink that had whipped cream on it. Thank god I didn't get any drink from the bar but other then that the place was very nice.

Very friendly staff love there food and what can we say your choice of unlimited soup or salad great lemonade of strawberry and passion and by the mall where is many stores to visit
