Really a great burger! Seem to have cut down on the fries? We usually go to the Water-Works Five Guys, you ask for a small fry there and the bottom of the bag is loaded with a small cup on top! Maybe just different management? Was all good though!

I have been here many times. The last time I went, the food was great as always. The staff seemed to be having a rough night though. They were a bit curt and some were not really friendly. Accidentaly gave me an 'extra shake'. Turns out it was another customer's shake. I tried to give it to the other customer, but they just wanted a refund. I got the impression they had been waiting a while for it. Food took longer than normal. I will definitly return, and hope that they step up their service a notch. I have been to other five guys locations and they were fabulous. Even took care of my wife when she had to be dairy and soy free!

Food was good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth! The associate who took my order missed the first two,and the blamed me, the gentleman needs a lesson on the customer is always right or get a new job! 
On top of that the order was still messed up by one of the burgers was missing bacon.
I will not go back to this store!  Would reccomend anyone planning to go to this location, drive 10 more minutes to murrysville to avoid the HASSEL!
