Go to the miracle mile one, I ordered online for rapid pick up here. They happened to be out of one of the items but felt zero need to call & let me know ahead of time. Only letting me know when I arrived. They then canceled the order & had to re-run everything in & over charged me. When I got home to eat my salad they avocado was hard & not ripe whatsoever, pretty bad experience. Miracle mile is the one that has superior customer service.

I was here yesterday and bought a few things. Everything tasted great. The sales clerk guy was very helpful and spoke both Russian and English very fluently. The Napoleon cake was delicious. I wish there Russian stores in the Pittsburgh area.

This is a desperate plea, cry for help. I was at this location today (11/28/17) and lost my Sandisk Flash drive near the window seat closest to the wall and outlet. There was a White older gentlemen sitting next to me, and may have seen me drop it or had taken it (hopefully, to return to me later). Whatever the case, if you're this guy reading this or have recovered it please drop it off in the lost and found at the store. Thank you in advance.

This Panera was the worst Panera I have ever gone to in my life. The first reason, I ordered broccoli cheddar bread bowl, and they filled it up 3/4 way full, (if they do not fill it up to the top, I'll ask them to do it and they do👍) I asked this person for extra with a please and he said no. Another thing is that the seats are very bad, I was sitting on the booth and the thing slid up, the seats are broken so don't use a booth if you come here. The last thing I have to complain about this is the Drinks, every Panera I have gone to has had free refills for Iced Green Tea and Lemonade, but not this one, they have no refills for these so don't get these if you want to take it on the go, all and all, do NOT come here!👿👿👿

It is always a good experience when you to Panera bread. The selection is good, from soup to Pasteur.
