Walking in it looks like a nice but casual place. The service was great. The gentleman who took my order was polite, pleasant,  and asked all the right questions about what I wanted for my burger. He also brought me my receipt when I forgot it. My food came quickly, and was so good! I know the one in Moon is new but I would highly recommend it!

Went to pick up a Togo order area in restaurant/ pick up location over 10 employees there half just chatting and not one said can I help as I was trying to get a word in. I saw my order on the shelf I said I am here for my order with the name then I was told to go to cashier/order person so they can yell back to the many employees standing doing nothing that I have arrived for my pick up order I think she was the manager who said that black shirt she seemed annoyed that I had asked for my food, for many years I have went to pick up area with no issues until today. Like I was the one doing the wrong thing, come on 5 guys get it together because I love the burgers here
