Clean McDonald’s with good seating area and clean bathrooms. Still has the play place, great for kids! Staff is very friendly. You’ll have to ask for straws and napkins etc, you won’t find them on the counter at this McDonald’s.

Well first off the milkshake machine was down...I know, SHOCKING!  We brought our toddler for the play place but I was so disgusted and disappointed. It was dirty, such filth build up, no disinfecting wipes and the air hockey table is a great addition but they pulled out the money return so you don't have to pay but left the side of the table and the cords/electronics all exposed. What's a horribly unsafe environment for children. They don't even try to act like they care. Two customers in the whole place, a whole staff behind the counter and only 1 employee trying hard to clean and being friendly. Sharon kept coming to make sure we had what we needed.

Not great /not bad it's Mickey D's. This location is OK. They have screwed up, so has most of the population these days. If your expecting fine dining it isn't. If you'd like a quick bite that's maybe correct and available  here's looking at you ice cream you might do alright. I will say that have one of the nicest smelling trash dumpster areas I've ever known.

This is a great McDonald’s location. Staff is always friendly and food well cooked for fast food. I work nearby come in from time to time. Have always had a good experience during the dayshift. Someone always comes around and asks how everything was. You don’t see that very often.

Every single time we come here it's a freaking mess. No one is nice, they mess up every single order even just a latte and didn't even add my pumpkin spice to it. It's annoying. The food is always cold if you ask for fresh fries they give you cold ones. And when you want it corrected they don't listen. I finally said forget it and just go down to Coraopolis. The management here is a mess. The restaurant is always dirty.

Went there to grab something quick to drink, no one answered the drive thru but there was cars and lights were on. No signs of saying they were closed. Definitely don't go there unless you want to waste your gasService: 1/5

Waaay too expensive! It’s McDonald’s, not the Skylon Tower restaurant in Canada! Truthfully, I can’t eat McDonald’s anymore. This visit was my very last. The food was not hot, fries were cold & soggy. The sandwich, Quarter Pounder, was awful. I couldn’t eat it. I had to throw it away. 10$ + out the window. Good luck McD’s. Keep raising the price & lowering the quality and you’ll find your business in big big trouble.

These people would rather cancel a $12 order with 2 cheeseburgers fries and a drink, then give 2 buffalo sauces. Do you get commission off of selling sauces lol? Especially it was the MANAGER that said she would rather cancel an order over making someone’s meal right.

This location is being run by incompetent individuals. Currently they’re trying to push all guests to use the kiosks instead of taking orders at the registers using the excuse that “the card readers aren’t working” but somehow every other card reader in the restaurant works properly. Whoever is in charge of this location really needs to take control of what is going on. Customers don’t work here, customers shouldn’t be forced to use a kiosk. Customers are also not stupid and shouldn’t be treated as such.

Ordered a Big Mac, cheeseburger, medium fry, small fry, hot fudge Sunday, and Oreo McFlurry. Both sandwiches and all fries were COLD!! Not warm at all. How sad this location has gone down hill so much. And the McFlurry the guy literally put ice cream in a cup and threw Oreos on top. Since when do we not mix them? Is this a new thing or pure laziness??
