I received without a doubt the best customer service at this jersey mikes here at moon. The environment is very welcoming and highly maintained. Food is well prepared and treated with delicacy. I was served by Holden, Nick H, Janel. I would highly recommend this jersey mikes for anyone in the moon.

Been here twice so far since they opened and is quickly becoming my favorite sub place. Tasty subs and good service!

I was absolutely appalled by my experience here! I first walked in and all the tables were sticky and my shoes were sticking to the floor! When I finally got my sub after waiting for 40 minutes it wasn't even warm! I then began eating and found a chunk of hair. A whole chunk. Absolutely disgusting. They have lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER be returning to this establishment again.

I literally got the worst sandwich of my life from there, This place served me the most crusty soggy warm cold sandwich ever!!!!!

I cannot believe the way I was treated when I visited this place.  It took 40 minutes to get my sub and when I got it, it wasn't even what I ordered.  I specifically said to not put ranch on on the sub because I cannot eat dairy, but low and behold it was covering the entire sandwich. I asked for them to remake it but they said I had to wait in line and pay again since they "already made the sub."  What if I died. Please do not buy from here or support this franchise.  Vegetarian options: Terrible  Dietary restrictions: Not Good

I got the #3 ham and cheese sandwich and it made me very sick. Would not recommend to others.

Tried this place twice to come up with a good review, I felt that for what I got it was over priced. The Italian sandwich I ordered the second time honestly wasn’t very good, I would recommend jimmy Jon’s or even subway over here any day.
