I ordered via their app. Since their menu is pretty simple, it was very easy and straightforward. I decided to pickup in person after my order. The instructions in the app are very clear and when I arrived, my fries were finishing up. I only had to wait for about 3-4 minutes at the pickup counter and I was on my way. My order was perfect and fresh. Really great experience! Just an FYI... The parking directly in front of the store is always full so you might need to park further away and do a little walking.

I honestly don't understand how they're in business much less have so many locations. I paid $23 for a cheeseburger fries and drink. Are you kidding me? Never again! The patties were smaller than McDonald's. I've had cheaper burgers way better than this. The fries were very good and the service excellent. Friendly staff.

Courteous and relatively quick service.  Store needs a deep cleaning and maintenance of the cleanliness of tables and trash cans, which were full of garbage.  The snacks came disassembled and the fries were very oily.Food: 3/5

This is the best location to visit because the parking lot always has parking, so it's a quick in and out. Also, the staff is friendlier than other locations I've visited.  As for the food, very consistent to quality. Solid burguers with unlimited toppings, fresh fries and all the peanuts you can eat.  5 guys over shake shack anyday.

We enjoyed our food as always...it's my favorite place for burger, fries, and peanuts. I normally like their strawberry shakes, but I think time it was not good..it tasted like medicine

If in the mood for a quick and proper burger, I'll choose this over any of the other fast food joints.Food: 4/5

If there was a no star review thats what i would give. $7.00 one single cheese burger and they put one drop of ketchup. When i asked for for they told me tobput it myself from the stand. I don't suggest anyone ever go to this place.
