Listen I'm no Karen I never write bad reviews on places but it's only 9 pm and I ordered a spicy McChicken two double cheeseburgers and a french vanilla coffee... I'm so disappointed the mcchicken is literally hard as a rock my burgers are colder than a freezer not to mention I asked them to be plan so they should have been made fresh and my ice coffee doesn't even have flavor won't come here again

I'm truly disappointed with my visit. The employees were listening to music on their head piece ignoring customers.  The kiosk machine was taking orders, but u had to pay at the counter. The Manager on duty. Stated. They not suppose to deal with customers. On top of that, my fish sandwich  tasted old. The service  here sucks, and the employees  are Unprofessional. There is no customer service.  Just rude employees  doing whatever they feel.

R U D E Staff! If you can avoid them, DO SO! They don’t have people skills and I was just making an order, nothing complicated. The “manager” wanted me to go wait at a parking spot for just a McDouble, then as soon as I parked the guy showed up with it instantly, why even make us move out of the window if they food was ready? Just because she can! I wouldn’t call it fast food anymore. I know they might be underpaid, but there’s more jobs, if she can’t handle it, get out!

I completely  understand at late night when it’s only one person working. we have to wait at the drive thu at the speaker for almost 20 mins with no respond just for the worker to tell us they was close. Wow! Very upsetting, I will understand even more if they would’ve told us in timing not in 20mins wait.

This location has gotten much better. The AM crew is much better then the PM crew. Their is such a difference in attitudes and pace between the 2 shifts. I would only recommend breakfast and snack stops. Disappointed with a recent experience with a rude employee at the 2nd window with lack of speed and presence smhFood: 3/5

Good and speedy service but unfortunately there's a high number of homeless people around. Nothing against homeless people but they tend to have a unique smell and tend to ask for money , so just be ready.Food: 4/5

I’m no Karen, I don’t usually complain. I ordered a small FRIES and a small WATER bottle and it took longer than a lifetime to come. They are understaffed and ik it’s not their fault but i should not be paying. The service SUCKEDD and i will not be coming back.

they forgot my sauce brah. was expecting a nice time with ma sauce and nugs but was yet again disappointed. this is why usa didn’t make it to the finals in the worl cup. will be buying from again thoRecommended dishesChicken Mcnuggets, Happy Meal

We ordered through the drive thru, we get home. The quarter pounder came with just the patty and a bread and not even a quarter pounder patty. Horrible. Waste of money.

The bathrooms here are disgusting!!! When I told the staff they did not care. There is vomit in the urinal, sink, and floor. Paper all over the bathroom and on top of the overfilled trash can. There is urine in the handicap sink and all over the floor as well
