Love love love the subs at firehouse. This location is pretty quick with your order and Ive never had an issue. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Obnoxious music blasting so loud it was impossible to talk. A mellow, more quiet song came in in the middle of our meal...they changed it to a very loud, fast song. Ruined any chance of talking and couldn't wait to leave. It was an after school treat, a chance for us to talk about my child's day. Nope. And 12.00 for ONE small cheeseburger, small fries, and drink is outrageous. Add that to the music...won't be going back there. No wonder the dining area is empty every time we visit. It wasn't our first time but definitely the last. Three strikes and you're out. Too many other food choices around to be miserable. It's not a bar, and if the workers want the bar atmosphere, that's where they should work. Just saying.

Food is good but service has gone down hill badly. Tried to call in an order and the guy said "please hold", sat the phone down and just forgot about it. Tried to call back later and the phone was still off. I would hope the owner will realize the service issues and work on fixing them. I'll try back in a couple months

Great burgers. The fries seal the deal, though!!! Wish they had gourmet shakes to go along.

Bland meat. Took almost 15 minutes to get food. They skimped on the fries. (Usually, a large will feed my family of four with leftovers. This location, I didn't eat any and my kids were still hungry.) Won't be returning here.
