Super super long wait even though they weren't busy at all. They had good chips and dip to eat when waiting but it didn't make up for how long we had to wait. You can tell the food is authentic. The place is very colorful and fun. Prices are ok: two tacos are priced about $11.50. The staff are nice and friendly.

I enjoyed it the first time I went in the morning a year ago, but recently came in the busy evening and our waiter did not check on us for refills or concerns despite passing us several times, and took a while to get back to us with our request, which may have been sure to having a busy kitchen, but I could not enjoy my meal. There was barely any tomatoes and a little ball of sour cream that came with our fajitas order so I asked for more and was charged for it. The shrimp, which I was looking forward to the most, tasted questionable and left me with a weird aftertaste. They don't tell you that the juice does not come with free refills when they ask if you want a refill. Maybe it would be better if I tried again, but I won't vote for this location next time I'm asked.

...Six months later, I return because it wasn't my turn to choose restaurant, and since it wasn't so packed, I had no problem with my experience. The food was good, the waiter seemed new and enthusiastic, and he went above and beyond to make it a good experience. I chose to order my shrimp in a soup this time instead of grilled, which masks the taste of the shrimp's vein (intestine with mud and stuff that the shrimp digests) sice they don't remove it, which they should. Not cheap, and you won't always be happy with what you get, but it's a coin toss.

My husband and i love this place 5 years we have been going there about 2 times a month. The service is outstanding and the food is always wonderful, huge portions never disappointed. We have tried many other restaurants in FL and outside of FL and so far no one compares, we even ordered food for our wedding from here.

Great food for the area. The staff was running around a bit crazy but they had smiles on their faces... I just think a little more structure is needed but great place.

We’ve been fans for a few years! Good for date night and also with the whole family. Love the familiar faces of the servers. The food is consistently exceptional. Always enjoy their two for one house margaritas! Love love love Mi Tierra’s!
