Food was very good. I gave 3 star rating for the horrible service from both the waitress and the check out person. Our waitress lacked organization and appeared scattered. Finally when we checked out we waited over 5 minutes for a person to come to the register despite two waitresses going in and out of the kitchen who could 've told the check out person there was a line. One of the waitresses was even ours. Good food, poor poor service.

Tammy is a very good waitress. The manager is kind and really listens..No complaints this time. Good was very tasty.

All things considered, it was a good experience. With an increased crowd on a weekday due to Hurricane Irma, the staff handled the circumstance with professionalism. The food was good, the staff was friendly and the store was clean.

We visited this Perkins on Saturday night at 8PM. We we waited 5 at the door before the manager came and greeted us, "Three?". Should have been our first clue of what was about to come. There were only two servers so it was 10 minutes before she came to take our order. We ordered two sweet teas and Coke. We got two watered down ice teas and a coffee. She did not even stick around for us to tell her we did not order coffee. When she came back to take our order my wife said she had ordered a coke and my daughter said she could not drink the ice tea and could she get a coke instead. We ordered 3 beef tips and peppers that looked really good on the menu, an order of onion rings and a side salad. She came back a few minutes later with a coke and side salad with Blu Cheese dressing dripping down the outside of the bowl all over the table. She took my daughter's tea glass. 5 minutes later she came with the onion rings. Still my wife sits with a full cold coffee in front of her. Some 30 minutes later our entrees finally arrive. You could not see the beef tips or peppers because the were drowning beneath thick salty dark brown gravy. My daughter pulled​ raw meat from beneath the gravy with blood running down the tynes of her fork. She called the server over and said she could not eat bloody meat. Our server took her entree back. I am ok with rare meat which is what most of mine was but my wife is not. 20 minutes later our server brought my daughter's entree back but did not even comment that neither my wife or I had touched our entrees. The manager walked by at 9:45 and asked "how was everything" without stopping. When were replied "not good" she came to our table and without asking why our experience was not good, she said she would take 20% off our check. We had our server box up our meals for the dog and paid the bill. We did not even get a bag for our three entree boxes. We did not penalized the server because clearly their should have been more wait staff on such a busy night. Still at 20% of our bill before the discount, 10.00 tip for two hours table turn was not good. We actually went through the drive thru at McDonald's on the way home to get something to eat. I am not a fan of McDonald's but the food.was much better. Our dog would not even ear the food from Perkins.
