First time here. Customer service was great at the register. She was super friendly.  Burgers where very good. Little on the drippy side but sure beat a dry burger. Tastes like real beef, not fake like McDs. Not cheap but well worth the money for a good quality burger. Their fries where good too. Will be back.

Was there with a friend in my friend simply asked what size were the burgers and the ladies response it's one patty or two.. I interjected is that a 3oz Patty a 4-oz Patty a 6-oz Patty or is that a half pound 8 oz Patty. She said once again it's one patty or two. I just don't know what else to say they made a fresh burger for us we're the only ones in the restaurant took 20 minutes wasn't worth the price just my opinion

One word: OVER PRICED. 

Over the summer I had IN-N-OUT burger in the (West Coast) where it’s much more fresh, and the quality/prices are far better than Five Guys... So when I returned home from my vacation I then found Five Guys and ended up trying it for the first time. But I ended up spending about a fourth at IN-N-OUT of what I spent at Five Guys. It’s ridiculously too priced for what it’s worth.

Really good burger. Free peanuts were a nice added bonus. No one ever has free things anymore.

I arrived at 5 guys in Oakdale at 9:05pm and the doors were locked. The staff were still there and cleaning up. The website and hours on the front door said open until 10pm. Why is your business closing an hour early? Very inconvenient when the staff want to lock up whenever they want.
