We went to dinner here on a Tuesday evening. It's a good time to go as it's not very busy. The service was excellent. They really need to check the temperature of the soup. When the cheese on top isn't even starting to melt, the soup isn't going to be more than luke warm and it wasn't. The chicken enchiladas were very good. They even have smaller sized desserts perfect for two people.

Ate there last night with my husband and the food was delicious! I ordered the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and he ordered the Chicken Fajitas. Lots of flavor and the food came out hot! It was extremely packed at dinner time but the staff was still nice and did a great job.

This was the first time I've ever been to a chili's and I was excited... Well not anymore after that experience. Every single order from all 4 people at the table had their order messed up. I ordered a rib eye rare and it came out cooked to holy hell. Another at the table ordered a pasta with no tomatoes and it came with tomatoes. Ordered fajitas and paid extra for queso and it came without queso and no tortilla. We got brown lettuce on our burger... I asked for a manager and her excuse was, "we are really busy and short staffed."

The food is always great, and service has been consistently good as well. It is a little loud, but otherwise we like to go here often. We always get the chips and salsa. We also like the guacamole burger and margherita flat bread.

Absolutely horrible service, went in on Tuesday got there about 9:30 and they don't close until 10, the bartender came and greeted us right away and sat us in the dinning area were we requested, then our waitress didn't even introduce her name rushed us the whole entire time we felt rushed put our food order in right away because she kept rushing us, didn't ask once how our food was I had to ask myself for a refill which you shouldn't have to. Then on top of that she just assumed since I was playing a game on the ted that I was paying on there when I wasn't, she gave us our bill didn't even ask us for desert when we both wanted desert. We got in at 9:30 and got out at 10:05. Horrible place and I love chilis the fries were cold and the corn was like 2 days old. Not satisfied at all. Will not be attending this location ever again.
