The burgers are tasty and made with a zillion free toppings. We ordered ours online and they made the fries and custom shakes fresh when we showed up. Definitely a speedy process!

The place was dirty. Floors not sweeped, tables dirty, trash cans leaking out of bottom on to the floor, bathrooms dirty. So had to wipe my own table off and sit. Other than that burgers are good and cajun fries were good. May stop in again if they ever clean the place.

It was great!!!! Never saw so many French fries on a single order and the bacon cheeseburger was awesome !!!

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went there a second time. My order took about 20 min for a burger and a small fry. Every review is right! The service sucks, the tables and floor were literally dirty, not peanut shells either. No small boats for peanuts. Maybe it's because they don't want to sweep. My fries were so frikin soggy they were more like a ball of mashed potatoes. The burger was scorched, the bun literally fell apart. Actually discusting. Won't be going back. More people should go to the Five Guys website and complain to the compliments and complaints link

Rude service, soft spoken, when I asked to speak up they looked at me like I had the plague, told them about my hearing loss they all stared at me like I was in display at the zoo... real rude very discriminate...
