This place is great. All of you who bash this place are self centered. You're not the only customer.....look around. The place is always crowded so do some math and figure out the ratio of employees to customers. Mistakes will happen. Be understanding. Are you the perfect employee where you work? You don't make mistakes? And no I'm not an employee here I'm just a guest who realizes that these people are at work doing their job. GREAT PLACE GREAT FOOD AND A GREAT PLACE TO UNWIND AFTER WORK

Terrible experience. I travel for work and go to Buffalo Wild Wings all over the country. This is the worst one I have ever been to. Order was wrong, boneless wings instead of traditional. Another order of traditional wings, the flats were broken and hard to eat and the drums were huge and fatty. Couldn't even eat them. The dry rub was on one side of the wings and just sprinkled over the top of the potato wedges. Order took an hour and a half to come out with less than half of the restaraunt full. Just a horrible overall experience!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We didn't even make it to a table. The manager Robert Fox was the rudest managers I've ever talked to. The patron ahead of us left because no one even acknowled him. The manager brushed us off and and had a server or host figure out seating arrangements. Once the young lady came back she said it would be ten minutes before she could seat us because the servers had to get their tables drinks. I guess that meant we couldn't be seated while they got drinks. This was a little after 10 pm and not even close to a full house. After submitting my complaint to the corporate office this is their response. It really goes to show that this company has no interest in their customers or their concerns. "Hi Jason, Thanks for letting us know about your recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Your feedback will help us to improve in the future, and we apologize that your visit did not meet expectations. We strive to provide the best service to our Guests, but we realize that issues do arise at times. For that reason--------INSERT RESOLUTION HERE------. Thanks again for sharing your experience, we hope you’ll give us another try sometime soon. We appreciate hearing from our guests about all aspects of our business, both good and bad. Great service and choices of beer. The wings are good. The service. Again. Its great. Come early if you need to watch a game because it gets packed.

Second positive experience in the same week. One in the restaurant, one at the bar. Both times served by Cory. He was friendly, professional, timely and easy on the eyes too. I'll definitely return and recommend.
