I've never been to Jersey but for some reason this place gives me the aroma of what the city would smell like if I walked into a sub store looking for the perfect East Coast sandwich. Something about that special seasoning, oil, vinegar, fresh meats and cheeses on that amazing Hoagie that makes my mouth water. On my cheat days, unfortunately I have a lot of those... this is the first place that comes in mind for lunch. You must try the turkey sandwich. Sounds simple but is mouth-watering freaking delicious with an after-party in my belly that makes room after the first half... After Downing a cold Sprite... allowing me to smash the other half. Trust me eat here and you won't be let down. F Subway f Sub Stop f Jimmy John's because they got nothing on Jersey Mike's. This place is the truth

The visit started ok. The young man behind the counter quickly took our order and got it started. The dissatisfaction came shortly after. When I got to the register and paid, the girl seemed displeased that I didn't leave a "tip" when I paid with my card. Waitresses deserve tips because they make less than the standard minim wage, but more importantly, THEY come to you, take your order, relay it to the kitchen, watch for your food and bring it to you. Meanwhile, running for drinks and any other needs you may have. Stepping out of the back room, walking up to a register is NOT an action worth tipping. This was accentuated even more, when I had to clean my own table to sit and eat. The dining area was empty, but every table was covered in crumbs.   The ONLY reason this is a 2 star rating rather than 1, is the food was very good.

Counter person was unpleasant when I corrected her about my name and that the order was not to go and she made a point of loudly commenting about it. The sub was completely covered in Buffalo sauce as was the wrapper (I took photos). Appeared to be intentional. The sub was #44, and besides being extremely sloppy, it was very salty and over priced. I saw their ad last night so I thought I would give it a try. I will not recommend or be back!

I saw a staff member pull her pants up under her upron, with gloves on she used to make my sandwhich. The cashier also was the one cutting sandwiches and handling money.  Totally disgusting and against several health codes.
