I really have no idea why their walls are adorned with all sorts of accolades boasting about how great the ace is. While they do have some of the best fries, the burgers are somewhat lackluster. Not particularly flavorful, and I'm pretty sure they just slap a piece of cheese on a bun without even melting it. If you really want a great burger, try Freddy's.

My girlfriend had a burger there few hours ago. When we are at home, we figured out that we forgot her iPhone at Five Guys. The staff was very helpful, searched the store with us. They even showed the security cameras so that we can find the phone. We finally found the phone. Actually, it was in the car all this time.  I really appreciate five guys's staff. They were really amazing.

Over priced fries(not much for cost), over priced burgers(not very good), and a rude staff. It was almost dead on 2/25, and a couple asked about why they serve separately, then left. While leaving, one of the people behind the counter said "enjoy McDonalds". This is why I will never go there again and only go to Freddy's (I never experienced this behavior there). If the owner is wondering why you have almost no one on a Saturday night...do some undercover work.
