Server needs to learn to listen properly, also a little bit of caring will go a long way! Food on the other hand was OK, although the wife's plate not only it wasn't what she ordered but it didn't taste as good as expected. My drink was messed up as well, come on is a lemonade. This restaurant has decayed big time since the first time we visited about 8 ½ years ago. I almost gave them 2 stars but have to be honest. Oh Manager or at least a supervisor was rude as hell, I'm a person with an injury and he was coming in at the same time I was coming out, and didn't even open the door, when I opened it and was gonna try to exit he stepped in and squeezed himself in. I mean dude, person with a cane coming through, jerk!

My daughter and I went there for dinner, and it was great. Christina was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. She was attentive without being overbearing. Glasses were kept full, and our food came out quickly and correctly (thank you to the kitchen staff, too).

We came to eat on New Years Eve, and got a table immediately. Our food was delicious and our waitress (Sara, I believe) was extremely nice and talked with us for a little bit. She also gave us a bunch of Andes mints (which is what we all come to Olive Garden for.. don't lie.) Great food and great service. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointing.  Waiter said in order to get the "never ending classics " deal I had to order the most expensive entree first, then items of lesser value could the be ordered. That sure isn't what the menu says.  So I had to order chicken parm first...it came out charred and grease soaked;sent it back.  So I tried the lasagna....a gloppy mess and lukewarm.  Finally got spaghetti with meat sauce...very small portion with about 3 tablespoons of meat sauce.  The iced tea was good.

On 2/24/2016, I placed an  "a to-go" order. When I came home I realized I was missing one of my entree. But, after  a long day at work, etc. I just did not feel like going back out....but, I decided to call. I spoke to Ms. Lydia, who was very apologetic, professional & said she would write my name & number down so that I could call at a later date & pick up the entree  I kept my receipt, & contacted Olive Garden today 03/08/2017, & spoke to a Ms.Mickey, who was professional, friendly & wonderful too. She replaced my entire order at no cost. I love Olive Garden's menu selections, & in the past would prefer to travel all the way to Temple (40 minutes round trip) because I had felt like this Olive Garden (locally/killeen) just did not have the same customer service.  But, I was wrong!!! Thank you Killeen Olive Garden!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ the food & service!!!!!
