Wow! Amazed by the quality of care and service with Five Star Jewlery! Patricia and Rebeca are delicate and have such patients with there customer, they have a very welcoming smile and attitude, make sure that there customer knows what they are purchasing. I've been a customer for over ten years. This place use to be excellent when Junior and George where running the place, but I guess the people they've hired now are very unprofessional. It's sad to see a place grow and lose its customer service. My last two experiences where very upsetting. I use to recommend this place, but unfortunately I won't be able to do so again. I'm no longer a customer and definitely do not recommend this place. Be careful if you pawn jewelry, it's a super high interest at 20%. Other jewelry stores offer 5%.In the beginning when the owners ran the store, they had a great relationship with the customers and would do everything to help.Now they use the excuse of the computer and their 1 million store policies to avoid helping out the customers.I guess the bigger the business gets, the less they care about the individuals that helped them grow.I guess it's time to contribute to the small family owned jewelry store that still cares for his customers.
